STAY CALM

If you experience some sort of dental accident, the best thing you can do is to stay calm. While you may feel inclined to panic due to the pain and stress of an injury, you can take comfort knowing it can be treated, and our team is here to help get you back to a healthy, pain-free smile.

REDUCE BLEEDING

Once you’ve gained control of the situation, take assessment of your injury. If you’re experiencing any bleeding, place a strip of gauze on the site of the injury and apply pressure with your by biting down on the gauze.

CONTROL SWELLING

Over-the-counter medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help to temporarily reduce pain and swelling. However, steer clear of any blood-thinning medications like aspirin. An ice pack or cold compress can be applied to the cheek near the affected area to help reduce pain and inflammation.

When can I start using my membership?

Your membership is effective immediately!

How do I schedule my preventive care?

Simply call our office and set up an appointment for yourself or your family members.!

How can I use my Member Exclusive discount for restorative, elective or cosmetic treatment?

Simply schedule an appointment with our office and be sure to tell us you’re a member. When you arrive, we’ll make sure your membership is “current” and you will be eligible for instant savings off our regular fees.

How do I know if I need Perio membership?

If you’re a current patient, please contact us to confirm you’re on Perio Maintenance. If you are a new patient, we will make a recommendation after your initial exam.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

It will be your responsibility to reschedule. Please see our office policy regarding no-shows and last minute cancellations.

Can I add members to my account?

Absolutely! Your entire family can join.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?

Your club membership is solely with our office and as such is non-transferrable. If you move to another area, you may cancel your membership at any time.

How can I check on the status of my account?

Login to your Member Portal and look under Account Members. You’ll see the status of each member above his/her name.

Can I change or update my billing information?

Yes! Simply login to your Member Portal and click “Edit Your Payment Method”.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your Member Portal and click the “Remove” button for each member you’d like to cancel.

If I cancel, can I get a refund on my membership?

No. Refunds will not be provided for dues paid under any circumstances, including failure to schedule and maintain appointments.

How much do I pay to sign up for my club membership?

You’ll pay only the Lifetime Activation fee to join. This fee includes your first month’s membership dues.

Can I prepay my membership fees?

Memberships are currently month-to-month only.

What information is required for me to sign up for my club membership?

An email address for receipts, credit or debit card, full name, address, phone and date of birth.

Dr. Jared Wu is a passionate dentist whose love for people shines through every part of his work. Known for his down-to-earth and caring bedside manner, you will always feel like your voice is being heard with Dr. Wu. He loves connecting with patients of all ages, helping them feel at ease in the dentist’s chair, and supporting each person’s unique needs with tailored care. Dr. Jared Wu earned his undergraduate degree in molecular, cell, and developmental biology from UCLA, and went on to achieve his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. Just after graduating from dental school, he completed a one-year post-graduate General Practice Residency (GPR) at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center. Always learning more to better serve his patients, Dr. Wu continues to stay on the leading-edge of his field through continuing education. He’s an active member of the Orange County Dental Society, California Dental Association, and American Dental Association. When he’s not treating his amazing patients, you can find Dr. Wu spending time with his lovely wife, going to the movies, or driving and learning about cars — he’s ready for a manual! He’s also a proud plant dad with two lush greenhouses at home!

Dr. Philip Kress

Dr. Philip Kress’ love of dentistry all stems back to his passion for helping others. His warmth, attention to detail, and extensive experience truly set his care apart from the crowd. As the founder of Cerritos Plaza Dentistry, he feels grateful to pass the torch to Dr. Wu and continue to provide the highest levels of care alongside him.

Dr. Kress earned his undergraduate degree at UCLA, and attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston where he became a Doctor of Dental Medicine. He started practicing in Cerritos in 1979, and has poured into the local community through thoughtful, dedicated patient care ever since.

No stranger to excellence, he continues to take 30 to 60 units of continuing education each year to give you and you and your loved ones the absolute best that modern dentistry has to offer. He belongs to the American Dental Association, Harbor Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, California Dental Association, and International Academy of Dental Studies.
